Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Overview

L.A. Body Reset provides wellness services, client support, and, where applicable, access to independent licensed medical providers. Due to the nature of services and regulated products, certain purchases are non-refundable.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order or enrolling in any program.

2. Prescription Medications & Regulated Products (If Applicable)

All prescription medications and compounded pharmaceutical products are final sale once processed by the pharmacy.

Due to federal and state regulations:

Prescription medications cannot be returned

Dispensed medications cannot be reused or resold

Refunds cannot be issued after pharmacy fulfillment

If your prescription is not approved by a licensed provider, you will not be charged for medication. If payment was collected, a full refund will be issued.

Experiencing side effects or adverse reactions does not qualify for a refund. If you have medical concerns, contact your provider. For emergencies, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.

3. Services & Program Purchases

All service-based purchases (including body sculpting, wellness programs, coaching, or treatments) are non-refundable once:

The service has been performed

The program has started

Resources or materials have been delivered

Results may vary by individual, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations (Before Fulfillment)

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted immediately by emailing:

Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun

If successfully canceled before fulfillment, a refund may be issued minus a $99 administrative processing fee

No refunds will be issued once services are rendered or products are processed or shipped

5. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Some L.A. Body Reset programs may operate on a recurring subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle

You must cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid renewal

If a subscription is renewed and canceled before fulfillment, a refund may be issued minus a $99 administrative fee.

Once services are provided or products are processed/shipped, the order is final and non-refundable.

6. Mid-Cycle Cancellations

If you cancel during an active billing cycle:

You remain responsible for the full current cycle

Cancellation will stop future renewals only

No prorated refunds will be issued

7. Missed Appointments & No-Shows

Clients are expected to attend scheduled appointments.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session

Rescheduling may be allowed with sufficient notice, at our discretion

8. Financial Responsibility

All services are provided on a cash-pay basis.

You are responsible for all charges incurred, including subscription renewals not canceled within the required timeframe.

9. Important Notice

L.A. Body Reset does not manufacture medications and does not practice medicine. Any medical evaluations, prescriptions, or treatments are provided solely by independent licensed healthcare providers.

This policy is designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
